Project Management

At Grantham Ceilings & Interiors Ltd, we allocate a project manger to every commercial and office refurbishment and interiors project. They then work with the client from the initial meeting right through to the completion of the project.

Your designated project manager will liaise between you and our contract team, and coordinate our commercial fit out team to provide an integrated installation. For each project, we produce detailed project plans to ensuring that each job is completed on time and meets with your requirements.

Implementation

Grantham Ceilings & Interiors Ltd, work closely with you and your team during the project. We also coordinate with other specialists as and when required to provide an integrated commercial and office refurbishment and interiors service. Your allocated project manager will make certain that every aspect of the project run to plan and that any changes to your requirements are satisfied in the best way possible.
